Clients have been asking us for some sort of membership or loyalty program for years. We've been reluctant to introduce something clunky, confusing, or difficult to track. Also, we didn't want any sort of membership program that left clients feeling hog-tied. We think we've come up with the perfect solution--the "Insider" loyalty program! Whenever you get a massage within 30 days of your previous session, the subsequent session will be discounted 6.75% So, for example, if you come in every four weeks for a 60-minute profound comfort massage, each session will be just over $5.00 off. Over a year's time, you will have saved $65! You'd essentially be getting one massage free per year! The more frequently you come in, the more you save. There are no contracts to sign and it doesn't cost you anything to participate. The "Insider" discount may not be combined with any other offers or if you're using a gift certificate. Sessions booked with any Journey employee qualify for a discount. When you are eligible for an insider discount, be sure to mention it to the receptionist at check-out. She won't necessarily know you're eligible unless you tell her. We can not guarantee you will be able to reschedule and get your desired appointment time with your therapist of choice within 30 days of your previous appointment.
